The e-commerce system, the trademark and all content on this site are proprietary and maintained by MITRON Ltd., town of Nova Zagora, 31, Hadji Dimitar Str., registered with UIC: 829105690 under the effective legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions for Service and use of the E-Commerce System

Client registration requirement

A client may be any adult natural person or legal entity that intends to make a purchase through an e-commerce store, and for this purpose he/she must complete and confirm the correctness of the data in the registration form, thus creating his/her client profile.
By creating a client account the registered person:

  1. Acquires a user name and password to identify itself in the online store.
  2. Agrees with these General Terms and Conditions for the use and operation of the online store.
  3. Obtains the right to execute valid purchase orders for goods offered by, as well as refusing to execute them in due course.
  4. Has the opportunity to receive an individual code for special discounts and preferences.
  5. Purchases of goods and products may also be made without registration, but may not benefit from individual reductions and preferences. 
  6. For wholesalers, registration is obligatory. reserves the right to refuse access, terminate customer registration, or refuse to execute orders at its sole discretion.


Purchase procedure

When you register or order to buy products from the online store, you automatically receive an e-mail confirming its successful completion. An order placed through an online store represents and is considered an offer to purchase a "subject to review" product. The order shall be deemed to have been accepted as soon as the representative of receives your confirmation by phone or e-mail about the validity of the order.
When making a purchase, the customer is required:
1. To provide a valid delivery address, contact telephone number and e-mail.
2. To activate the execution of the order by pressing the corresponding button, which expresses its agreement with the present general terms and concludes a contract for the purchase and delivery of the ordered goods.

3. The customer receives by e-mail or phone a confirmation of the accepted order, which contains the final details of the shipment, such as the type and number of the items ordered, the price of delivery, the estimated date of delivery and the total amount for payment.
4. The order has the status of "pending" until the moment of receipt of payment or payment authorization, except in the case of agreed cash on delivery.


Price and payment

The prices of the goods are in Bulgarian leva (BGN), VAT included. The prices shown with the conversion option in different currencies are for better guidance and comparison only. Payment for the goods is made in BGN.
The declared price for each product is for a single piece or a single standard package for the manufacturer and includes the cost of delivery for the purchase value only over BGN 150.00 (within Bulgaria only)! For customers who want the TEST and VIEW option – the cost of transportation with Speedy shall be at the expense of the recipient.
The amount due from the customer for the delivery of the goods is calculated on the basis of current prices for courier services, depending on the weight and volume of the delivered goods. It is possible to apply a flat delivery rate to a specific territory for a specific type of product.
Payment for the goods claimed shall be made in advance and may be effected by:

  1. Bank Transfer to MITRON Ltd Account – IBAN: BG12STSA93000017072456
  2. Via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro debit or credit card – via DSK Bank AD terminal integrated into the system
  3. Via PayPal payment system – following the current instructions after being redirected.
  4. By cash on delivery – when the goods are delivered by courier

The provision of your payment information through each of the cases listed is as secure as possible, but if you prefer not to provide your debit or credit card information via an Internet connection, you can provide it to us by e-mail or telephone. you need to follow the appropriate procedure once you have notified us of your preference.

Delivery of products does not publish information on the current availability of the goods offered. Most items are in stock, but information on the exact quantity of an item is not published. When we process your order, we will keep you informed of the availability and delivery time of each individual item ordered. The ordered goods are delivered by a courier company to the delivery address specified by the customer (or upon request from an office) in accordance with the applicable delivery rates of the respective company and these General Terms of Service. For shipments outside the European Union they are sent by Bulgarian Post.


Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the availability of the items. In case we have all the ordered products in stock, the delivery is within 24 hours from the time of shipment.
The normal time for order completion is 1-2 business days. If the product is not in stock, the period is longer than 5 working days, the maximum of which can be up to 20 working days. Orders sent after 3 pm are unlikely to be received the next day.
In case of circumstances leading to delay in the execution of the order, the client will be notified in due time by the specified phone or e-mail for contacts.

MITRON Ltd. is not responsible for delay due to the fault of the supplier or in cases of force majeure. 

Guarantee ensures that, at the time of shipment, the product is free from defects that reduce its value or suitability for ordinary use.
As soon as the shipment is received, the Client should check that it is complete and that the delivered items have any defects.
In case of reported defects in the receipt of the goods, the Client should immediately notify the type and quantity of the goods.
The warranty period starts from the moment the shipment is received.
Warranty is not fulfilled for defects caused by inappropriate use of the product, excessive loading or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

       Return and replacement of purchased goods, warranties and claims

Return and replacement

Under Art. 50 of the CPA, you have the right to return the purchased item within 14 days, with the possibility to exchange it for another or to return your money, subject to the following conditions:

1. the goods are not damaged;

2. the goods are not used;

3. the inner and outer packaging is not broken;

    to be sent with accompanying documents (warranty card, cash receipt or invoice)

Before sending the goods back to us, you must contact a MITRON Ltd representative and follow the instructions given by him/her. This is necessary in order to be able to send you a replacement, a new product, a possible repair or a refund of your money as soon as possible.

The cost of the courier services for the return of goods is borne by the Client. 

If the goods returned by the Client do not qualify for return (exchange), MITRON Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement!

                                               Warranty period

The commercial warranty of the goods you have purchased is 30 calendar days. The guarantee is only valid if a factory defect is found.

The following are considered factory defects:

– cleavage of the skin (without being cut with a sharp object)

– cleft sole

– torn sews

- damaged zippers or buttons

Alignment of the consumer goods with the sales contract must be done within 30 calendar days according to Article 113 of the CPA.

Pursuant to Article 114 of CPA, the consumer cannot claim a refund or reduction of the price of the goods when the trader agrees to repair the goods or, if possible, replace them with a new one.


Rights and obligations shall deliver the goods ordered within the agreed time. shall fulfil the arrangements with the client with due care. shall NOT deliver goods ordered to the wrong address or telephone number. is NOT responsible for any delay or inability to fulfil its obligations in the event of circumstances beyond the control of
The Client has the right to request the return of the goods in case of found defects or when the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ordered one. Claims for deficiencies and obvious inconsistencies shall be claimed upon receipt of the shipment.
The Client has the right to request the return of the goods when the price he/she has to pay does not meet the agreed.

The Client has the right, without owing compensation, to cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) days from the day following receipt of the goods. In this case, the goods must be returned in their original original packaging and unbroken integrity. The cost of returning the goods shall be at the expense of the Client.
When filing a claim, the user can claim for:

  1. Refund of the amount paid;
  2. Replacement of the product with a new one;
  3. Price rebate;
  4. Free repair.

Upon filing the listed options for claiming, they shall be made no later than 7 days after receipt.

The Client is solely responsible for the protection or transmission to third parties of his/her username and password, as well as for all actions taken with them.

Legal regulation and definitions

Any outstanding issues in these Terms and Conditions between and the client shall be subject to the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. These Terms and Conditions may be amended unilaterally at any time by, without prior notice or reconciliation, and the amendments shall be effective as from the moment they are posted on this page.
